NO REFUND POLICY*

*REQUIRED All conference registrations are final. Upon submission of a registration and payment of the applicable registration, no refunds, reimbursements, or credits will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, unforeseen events affecting the participant.

Nothing in the No Refund Policy shall affect any rights that the participant may have under applicable law.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser, or materially changed in circumstances where applicable law requires a refund, the organiser will provide any refund required by law.
